Spoilers! Current Info!

Delivery

After defeating the leader of the ghouls in Cleveland's abandoned subway, Roberto became the leader of the ghouls and the Morlocks that were under the ghouls' control.

During the final battle, Roberto used his ghouls against Constance Rockefeller's New World Black Court vampires and allowed many of them to be destroyed. While Constance was nearly feral from Bill Donovan's death curse and distracted by London's glamour, Roberto took the opportunity to try to end her permanently. He did great damage to her but it wasn't enough to kill her before Abigail Rockefeller opened up a portal to the Nevernever and took her through. He continued to be the leader of the Morlocks.

Rituals

In the time after the conclusion of the Delivery story, Roberto used his intimidation to convince Dale Williams, who was hospitalized after the final battle, that it was in his best interests to employ Roberto to fight the New World Black Court vampires for him to keep them from killing Dale. Roberto also used Dale's connections to write up a list of magic users that worked with the Cleveland Clinic. Roberto used this list to track them down and find out what their involvement was, killing the ones he deemed too awful to be allowed to live.

For some reason the debt collectors for the Renaldi family stopped visiting him to collect his father's debt that he had taken upon himself. He found out soon after that Manuel's debts were cleared in payment for doing a job for another third party.

Strangers

After the finale of the story, the Prime version of Roberto and the Alpha version of Allan ((a)Roberto Martinez) merged together.
